During its first 34 years, as the institutional Cardinal McCloskey School & Home for Children, more than 5,000 children were cared for by 29 Sisters of the Dominican Congregation of Our Lady of the Rosary, Sparkill, New York. In addition, there were over 200 staff members including child care workers, social workers, psychologists and teachers. Our photo archives bring back the memories…
